On this BBC website, there´s a 6-minute radio programme about complaints that you can listen to online or download into your PC. You can also download the script, look at a list of useful expressions that you can use to complain and at the end of the page there´s a multiple choice test for you to check what you´ve learnt.
Here you´ll find different expressions that you can use in a letter of complaint and you´ll also be able to see some model letters.
